Your appointment and stylist at Alchemy Hair are reserved entirely for you for the duration of your appointment. As you can imagine our stylists are running extremely busy calendars and we politely request and appreciate as much notice as possible in regards to cancellations.


We have updated our Salon Point of Sale and will be asking a customers to confirm appointments via a secure Debit Card link. We take these details in the case of Late Cancellations or No Shows. Your card details are protected by a secure provider and cannot be accessed by the Salon.


Clients will receive an e-mail booking confirmation as well as a courtesy SMS text message reminder 48hrs prior to the appointment.




If you are unable to attend your appointment, we politely request a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your visit. We employ a cancellation waiting list system and the more notice we have the easier it will be for us to fill the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours you may incur a charge of 30%.


No Show


If we do not receive any notice of cancellation and an appointment is missed then you may incur a charge of 50%.


Of course we know that sometimes it just can’t be helped and in these cases please speak to your stylist.


Late Arrival


If you are running late please contact the Salon as soon as possible. If arriving late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee that the stylist will have time to fulfill the appointment and you may incur a charge of 50%.
